Hemp seed oil is a great carrier oil, which is cold-pressed and extracted from seeds. Sometimes its referred to as cannabis sativa seed oil. It's rich in antioxidants, omega-3 and -6 fatty acids but has absolutely no cannabinoids in it.
CBD oil contains cannabinoids that help balance the Endocannabinoid system. It's important to understand that Hemp Oil does not offer these benefits, hence the usual difference in price and results.

Although most of our sellers offer free shipping, there are some instances where shipping charges are applied. The charges are based on your location, and automatically calculated during your checkout process.
If your order does not arrive within the expected shipping window, immediately contact the shipping provider with your tracking information. They will gladly provide you with further details about the status of your shipment.
If the shipping provider has lost your package during the shipping process, please contact us at email@example.com so we can open an investigation.
After the investigation has concluded the package was lost in transit, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to show in your statement.

To complete your return request;
1 - Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your receipt or proof of purchase. You can forward your order email with the subject “RETURN REQUEST”.
2 - Attach a clear, well lit photograph of the product you are returning. This is required so we can compare during the inspection process that the item is in fact in its original condition.
3 - We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your personal reference, and include the return shipping address your product must be shipped to. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
