Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, UNOPENED, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible.

Returns Request Process

To complete your return request;

1 - Contact us at info@mossyshop.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. You can forward your order email with the subject “RETURN REQUEST”.

2 - Attach a clear, well lit photograph of the product you are returning. This is required so we can compare during the inspection process that the item is in fact in its original condition.

3 - We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your personal reference, and include the return shipping address your product must be shipped to. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage you to choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. Neither Mossy or the receiving party can be held responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mossyshop.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We strongly encourage you to choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. Neither Mossy or the receiving party can be held responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We cannot be held responsible for items held in customs/border crossings.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
